Am I allowed to talk (on my tumblr, my twitter, my bsky, my mastodon) about my Big Bang before matching is done? Also, when can I start writing?

asking as a writer, for the big bang it says only one work per writer. does one series with multiple works count as one work? if it's intended to be a piece read together but that's the preferred layout method. of course, with all pieces finished and posted at the time of the big bang
