-Shuts down frequently, but still rarely.

Sometimes it’s for no reason (he just think the people around him are complete jerks for every thing that happened to his sister, like how he targeted Chris even though he had no doing in the prank yk??) words and actions can come off very passive aggressive or mean. Although, he doesn’t mean it and at the day he apologizes for his behavior to you.

-Sometimes gets drunk in his room by himself 💔💔

Honestly not much extra information I can give on this except nights you find him like this,

you lock up the alcohol cabinet, but he always find away around it, which you end up having to hide the bottles

(If Josh got the ect/shock therapy)

-Absolutely out of his mind for a while.

OBVIOUSLY because the actual electricity that was shock through his head hello?? But also because he can’t believe he has driven himself so low that his life has resulted to this. Clings to you alot after this, especially when you go to sleep, he’ll lay his head on your back just to hear your heartbeat for grounding or hold your hand with his thumb on your wrist to feel your pulse through there.

-He’s always slightly nervous and stressed out so his circulation is terrible🥀

You notice when you guys are laying together and his FREEZING feet brush against you, aswell if he presses his face in the crook of your neck, his nose will always be super cold.

-Adding to his malnutrition, I would definitely say before the incident he was a bit of a chunky monkey (like he’s fit just like not super fit ykk??).

However he’s lost that weight and his muscle (you noticed when you guys hug or go to sleep).

-He can grow a bit narcissistic sometimes ( it’s not really him his emotions can be hard to regulate sometimes)

best thing to do is leave him be but if he’s like in the kitchen just act like everythings fine and do what you normally do. (The normalcy is grounding to him)
