Mamimiss namin yung mga taong tumulong sa amin para ihanda kami sa bugbugan sa prod! Kitakits nalang sa floor mga ma'am at sir!!! *** Oops! Gusto ko lang sabihin na prinapractice parin po namin ang social distancing sa trabaho namin. Naging maluwag lang siguro kami sa pagkakataong ito dahil ang team po namin ay magkakasama naman lagi sa trabaho at lahat ay naging negatibo naman sa rapid testing isang araw bago kunan ang vlog na ito. For the past few days we've been surrounded by negativities in our lives, in our community, and in social media. These things makes us go nuts! The whole island of Luzon is now in Advance Community Quarantine. Or in Youtube language, it's the "30 Day Stay in Your House Challenge" The stores are closed, the economy is getting down 'coz there's no work, there are problems on exit & entry points of Metro Manila, and all that shhhht. You probably know all these things by now and this post isn't much of any use anymore. But wait until you read the second half of this. You see, 30 days of quarantine is a long process specially if you're not doing anything. But if we're going to focus on the things that are good, we will understand that there are a lot of opportunities that we can grab on in this 30 day stay-in-your-house challenge. Read, expand your knowledge, try new things, or revisit the things that you always do back in the day. You know, like, if you're drawing and sketching things before, you get a pen and a paper now and draw. Play that video game that you've been wanting to play for for months now! Do anything you want but staying in social media where you'll just absorb all the negativities. Come on! You have 30 days! Use it wisely :) Focus on yourself, try to boost up your immune system, try to eat right, eat healthy if you can, do your home workouts or take the right nutrients to help you against this virus and other risks. And lastly, spend time with your family. This is the best time for you to hangout with them, make great moments with them. Laugh with them! This 30 day challenge isn't really bout the virus or the lockdown. It's about us reconnecting to our loveones, to ourselves, to re-evaluated our ways to be able to reach our goals in life. I hope by the end of this 30 day Community Quarantine period, we get out from this with the best version of ourselves.
