With how similar Lucifer and Lilith look (mainly the hair), I wonder if in universe that had an effect on Lucifer being dubbed The Sin of Pride.
Like, he already went against God with the Eve and the forbidden fruit thing, but then he also fell head over heels for the person who looked the most like him? The forbidden fruit thing could be written off as an act of rebellion, but the latter is very similar to the Greek myth of Narcissus, doesn't look good on Lucifers part.
That's a really interesting idea because it gives him a flaw that he sees her as an extension of himself rather than a person.
Thus maybe why he's super attached to her, thinking they're destined to be together, probably have some sorta breakdown when they separated. He can't cope the idea of not having his other half and all of this was for nothing
