Rasputin @ ???: Aren't you an interesting one? I'm sure you've got quite the history behind you. Would you have happened to have come from any sort of clan? Or have you always been solitary?
This one had a strange air to him, did he not? The Fortune Teller smiled in greeting but did not reply immediately, his green gaze drifting from Rasputin’s unkempt pelt to his somewhat unnerving smile and demeanor. After a moment he frowned, taking in the question fully and considering how best to respond. After all, one did not simply give their entire history over to a complete stranger upon introduction.
“My history is quite interesting, but for the most part I have lived alone. My companions are the stars and the spirits lost within the woods.” His eyes lifted upward to the almost perpetual night sky that twinkled and blackened the vast expanse of space above them.
“I was once part of a clan, we all bore marks like crescent moons and dyed our tails all the colors of the forest, but the rituals and the songs did nothing to stop the inevitable end. All good things end, you see, and we were no exception.
Sometimes I wonder if there are any of them left and then I realize it is just me.”
He dropped his gaze back down upon the other, brutish Ninetales, eyes flashing ire and unease.
“And you? You seem the solitary type, forgive my assumptions. Do you not have a clan you reside as well?”
