Besides, even if they went through with it, how could they look any of those monsters in the eye again knowing they’d killed everyone in cold blood? How could they act normal around any of them ever again? They didn’t think they could.
“…I dunno what to do about it.” They said. They weren’t really looking for advice, knowing there was probably no easy way to fix anything. That statement was just the truth of the matter. And at least that was one thing off their chest.
