Wren: Sometimes the person chooses to change and sometimes they can't help it.. Either way.. Wren: I think those kinda people still need support. A chance to remember being happy again, yknow? Wren: Not everyone is up to that task, which is fine, everyone has limits! But I don't mind it. It's like my job in a way. People call me if they need help with this kinda stuff. Wren: Somethin' as simple as being whimsical or enjoying the beach, can still be something someone forgets how to do. Or it's hard for them to be alone with thoughts... But I still think they should be able to enjoy it or relearn to be happy.
Wren turns to Diane and winks Wren: Even if it means I gotta spend a sunny day at a beautiful beach with a strange bitter old man I've never met! But hey, at least there are friendly n chatty pokemon like you that I can talk to! Wren walks over and splashes in the water happily, looking back over at Diane with a smile, as if inviting her to splash and play with them. The serious tone and posture Wren had taken is gone just as soon as it appeared
