Hello now I must ask: can I hear about your original book idea?
Well it’s not anything special like a novel or anything. It’s just a cute children’s book idea about teaching kids the colors of the rainbow. It’s mostly a picture book with a simple plot involving my protagonist trying to find his pet chameleon after it runs off due to being scared by a cat. The chameleon blends in with the objects in the background and you’re just supposed to like, where’s Waldo it on every page. The protagonist visits all his friends and each of their rooms is a different color with objects in that same color, and then the chameleon is hidden somewhere in the room. Nothing groundbreaking but I’ve wanted to write it for years and years

I was curious so I googled Descendants 5 and there are no new news on the movie, none that are official and among the new cast there's no mention of Flynn Rider nor the supposed kid and kid's girlfriend. The movie picks up right after the end of 4th one, and that's the plot. Where did y'all see these rumours/genuine? Cause I couldn't find anything. Anyway, I sincerely doubt they'd make any of their princes a deadbeat dad or go for "she fixed him" if he didn't know about the kid or if that ex purposely kept that info from him, I just can't see it(that sort of plot can actually be done right without painting Eugene in bad light or the ex "not being able to fix him, but that's just me).🤷♀️

I looked it up after coming across posts talking about it. I’ve only ever seen the first Descendants and ordinarily would not care about those movies at all, but it just seems very out of character for Eugene to have a child with anyone other than Rapunzel, even if it was a previous relationship. I have pointed out how much easier it would be for Rapunzel and Eugene, the canon couple, to have a child together rather than going to the effort of creating a new character and backstory just to make this supposed plot point work. It is rumored, not confirmed, but very odd in my opinion
I also wanna say I didn’t go to the extreme of describing him as a deadbeat dad or Rapunzel as someone who needs to fix him, that was a commenter on my post.

Did you post about it when the mailroom said you had flowers but it was jury duty? Because I have vauge memories of going "if I knew Whaley's address I would send her flowers right now" but I didn't so. I didn't.

Also I never did go to jury duty because the trial was in Indiana but I was in Florida for school so I couldn’t reasonably attend
