Do Not Let a Few Lost Days Become a Lost Direction
Do not let a few lost days become a lost direction.
You missed the routine.
The exercise stopped.
The pages remained unwritten.
The work slowed down.
The promise you made to yourself was broken again.
Now the shame of stopping feels heavier than restarting.
But a pause is not a permanent condition.
You did not lose your whole direction.
You lost a few days.
Do not confuse the two.
The missed days do not need to become a missed month.
You do not need to recover everything today.
Write one page.
Take one walk.
Complete one task.
Return to one prayer.
Make one call.
Repair one promise.
Begin with what is still possible.
A mature life is not a life without disruption.
It is a life that knows how to return.
Progress is not destroyed by interruption.
It is destroyed when interruption becomes surrender.
