Hey Nonny, sunshine is good for the spirit! That's great you get out to attend your church. Try to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, if you can. Where I live, spring is HERE! The pollen is really thick but I try to sit on my porch after a long work day and just remember to enjoy life. It's hard when we get to feeling down. But sunshine, maybe some exercise, and talking really helps.
