Ooh! I feel like it's the opposite actually.
While I'm not really an extremely messy person irl (as in you can still see my bedroom floor and I make my bed on most days) it's easy for me to put off organizing and cleaning things. Like my drawers are all stuffed with things and knick-knacks that I don't even use, my clothes aren't folded right away, and I lose stuff all the time because I don't have a designated area for anything.
But on the other hand, I'm the type of person who gets nervous when I have more than 4 tabs open. I'm constantly marking everything as read on Discord because seeing servers with the little white badge annoys me and this is how I organize my screenshots and story posts . . .
and yes . . . there are subfolders xD
