So recently i have been having alot of negative thoughts and depression and so I decided to cast So, I wrote down all the words that depression makes me feel and the insecurities i have. on the back wrote why those are falsehoods and then made a sigil for positive thoughts and then burned the first paper. And then with alittle of the ashes i traced the sigil with my finger. I then put the ashes in a little case bottle and used my fist to knock the negative energy out of it and then rubbed it around a glass bowl since its a peaceful sound and reminds me of tranquility It was a good experience i will happily recommend it, even if you don't cast with fire, Ash, paper, it can just feel really nice to burn all your negative thoughts
