star trek

the character i least understand: jj abrams (but for srs, probably all three of the major villains in the aos movies lol).

interactions i enjoyed the most: obviously every time jim and spock look at each other an angel gets its wings, but i have a real soft spot for literally any interaction between jim and bones. also, interactions between jaylah and the bridge crew in stb!! 

the character who scares me the most: does the centipede thing they used to torture pike in 2009 trek count. because that thing really freaked me out tbh.

the character who is mostly like me: i think if you combined jim kirk and christine chapel with a splash of leonard mccoy (can’t forget that Georgia Charm) you could probably approximate me. 

hottest looks character: listen,,, it is Canon Fact that jim kirk is One Fine Dude and i appreciate his looks a lot (ok. ok i confess. his win is 100% owed to chris pine’s eyebrows). honorary mention goes to jaylah because sofia boutella is Gorgeous and that special effects makeup was also pretty sweet (those eyes tho…..).

one thing i dislike about my fave character: bones has Zero Flaws wow (ok, sometimes his jabs at spock are xenophobic and i wish he’d give his words a little more thought).

one thing i like about my hated character: amazingly there is Nothing To Like about aos khan. 

a quote or scene that haunts me: jim’s numb tongue in 2009 trek (also when spock died in wrath of khan it Destroyed me emotionally)

a death that left me indifferent: i wish i could care more about aos pike’s death, but unfortunately into darkness was The Worst.

a character i wish died but didn’t: aos khan………

my ship that never sailed: u can’t tell me jim/spock/bones isn’t canon in tos and aos, so i guess that means all my ships have sailed whoops sorry i don’t make the rules. 

the raven cycle

the character i least understand: it’s strange because on a surface level adam and i have a lot in common, yet i don’t really Get adam at all, nor do i particularly desire to.

interactions i enjoyed the most: as a trashy ronan/gansey shipper, every time they shared a scene together i was ecstatic. the rare occasions on which ronan visited 300 fox way were also delightful. and the interactions between the lynch brothers were great (are you noticing a theme here).

the character who scares me the most: i was afraid for ronan’s well-being for the entirety of the series, which consequentially made krasinsky the character i feared the most. neeve also frightened me a bit because, ironically, i couldn’t really predict her at all. 

the character who is mostly like me: adam and i have a lot in common situationally (poor bisexuals unite), but i think i’m actually most like gansey (when he isn’t in Rich Kid™ mode, anyway). we’re both pretty bad at words and get really super into very specific interests.

hottest looks character: this is a bit hard to narrow down for book characters; from the way she’s described, though, i think blue would probably be closest to My Type were i to encounter her in person.

one thing i dislike about my fave character: ronan’s assholery is a part of his identity; sometimes, however, he just needs to chill tf out.

one thing i like about my hated character: although krasinsky has no redeeming qualities as a person, his car is pretty cool.

a quote or scene that haunts me: most of the scenes in this series haunt me. however, the award for the scene that carved my heart out of my chest and delicately crushed it between its fingertips goes to this one: “Ronan scoffed. Him, fear for his own life. But there was something in his eyes, still. He studied his hands and admitted, ‘I’ve dreamt him a box of EpiPens. I dream cures for stings all the time. I carry one. I put them in the Pig. I have them all over Monmouth.’”

a death that left me indifferent: i can’t really think of one tbh? from what i remember, all the deaths in trc left some kind of impression on me. 

a character i wish died but didn’t: without spoiling trk, all of the Angsty deaths that i wanted to have happen did end up happening (hooray), but i also would have liked for adam’s shitty dad to bite the dust.

who i will protect at all costs: hinata. i cannot bear to see him upset ;  ;

who deserves better: suga deserves to have all of his hopes and dreams come true.

who was killed off too early: they aren’t dead, but where did hinata’s middle school friends go lol. are they still around??

who i used to hate but now i love: i really didn’t like oikawa when he was first introduced lmao. much has changed u.u

who i used to love but now i hate: this like. never happens to me lmao. 

who needs to be killed off asap: this is a bit of a copout, but i don’t really want anyone in haikyuu dead D;

who is unfairly hated: do people… hate haikyuu characters?? is that a thing???

who is unfairly loved: i think most of the characters are pretty well-loved, and i think they deserve it! they’re all good kids lol. 

who needs to sort out their priorities: hinata and kageyama should maybe put a little more work into their grades haha.

who needs a hug: all of them ; ; if i had to choose one, though, kageyama!! he needs more love and affection in his life.

who needs to get out of their current relationship: no one that i know of!

who the writers love: i remember reading about the author’s personal favorite somewhere, but i don’t remember who it is! if i had to guess, i’d say oikawa. 

who needs a better storyline: More akaashi!!!

who has an amazing redemption arc: the whole karasuno team (y’know, bc they get good again when they weren’t as good for a while… does that count as a redemption arc)

who is hot af: daichi ranks no.1 for me, but ibr ushijima and kiyoko are tied for a very close second

who belongs in jail: terushima bc he didn’t listen to kiyoko when she turned him down >:((( she has a gf, terushima!!!

who needs to be revived from the dead: uh if there are any dead parents, i guess those???
