The B.C. government may be banking on buying emissions reduction credits to offset the effects of future industrial development, according to documents obtained by The Narwhal through a freedom of information request. But the postponement of this year's international climate conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic means prolonged uncertainty on if and when this will be possible under the Paris Agreement on climate change.
Negotiations on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, which will establish the rules for trading emissions reduction credits internationally, were set to continue at the United Nations climate conference this November. The conference has been delayed until November 2021.
Welcome back to Fishing with Finesse! Today we discuss the various types of watering holes and what the best kinds of bait are for each.
Saltwater:
These holes require Worms which can be gathered from harvesting any plants or from undead mobs. Special bait for this type of fishing hole is the Chub which can be obtained from Foul Water holes.
Rivers:
Rivers require Insect Parts. You can gather these from butterflies, fleshflies, small wasps, or torchbugs. Special bait for this type of fishing hole is the Shad which can be obtained from fishing Lakes.
Lakes:
Your primary bait for lakes will be Guts which can be gathered from frogs, hares, reptiles, and squirrels as well as other small animals. Special bait for this type of fishing hole will be Minnows fished from Saltwater.
Fowl Water:
Last of all is the Foul Water holes which require Crawlers, these can also be obtained from harvesting plants or from killing spiders and centipedes. Special bait for this type of fishing hole is Fish Roe which you can pick up from fishing Rivers.
To begin Reactions and Russula we will dive into the basics of the Alchemical Process: Solvents.
There are two kinds of solvents. Water and "Oils". Oils include grease, ichor, slime, bile, and a few other garish looking things. Though disgusting in nature, a true alchemist never shys away from their usefulness.
Combining alchemical reagents with water solvents will produce potions, while combining reagents with oils will produce poisons. The better quality the solvent, the more powerful the potion or poison will be. When mixing potions you will produce a single potion at a time, poisons are produced in batches of 4. Additional points in the Alchemy skill under Chemisty will allow you to produce up to 4 potions at a time or 16 poisons.
Potions are consumable. You usually equip these in your "Q" or Quick-slots. Use these to recover health, stamina, and magicka or to gain bonuses like invisibility, speed, and attribute boosts.
Poisons are equipped next to weapon slots, but by doing so you will override any enchant on that weapon for however long you have a poison equipped. To re-enable your enchant, simply remove the poison from its slot. Poisons have a 20% change of applying on a heavy/light attack or on a weapon ability.
Waters
Waters can be harvested from springs, lakes, or water skins found around towns or camps.
