HRNGHRNG OKAY that would be Artemir and Ula!

jesus christ when did my gf and i make them. Well, first thing’s first, Artemir is mine and Ula is hers. 

god i just spent ages trolling through my gaia account trying to find where we first created them and for all that work, i couldn’t even find it

I THINK they were created in 2008! It was definitely while I was still in high school, which was…sob sob. 4 years ago. Artemir’s name used to be Artemis, because I thought it was sUCH A HOT NAME FOR A DUDE OKAY. I mean all right i still think it is, and I never even read the Drizzt series haha. But eventually it was such a “man this guy’s not greek or roman he can’t have this name” so I changed the S to an R and there we go! I think it’s a cute name :>

Poor Artemir. Um I think the biggest change to his actual DESIGN is his clothing — the poor dude used to be clothed from head to toe in leather, I’m not lying even a little bit. And he wore a corset. NO LIES. He was based on my Fable 2 character who looked so so smashing in his gorgeous corset.

And thigh-high boots. He was in thigh-high leather boots.

Now Art wears something much more suited to the plains/desert-like climate he resides in!

He’s always had the pink eyes, though. And the swoopy side-bangs.

As for Ula, he really hasn’t changed at all, though he used to be waaaay more quiet and stoic than he is now. Now he’s much more friendly! Still quiet. But friendly. He’s always worn robes and his hair’s always been dyed white, and his eyebrows have always been BLACK AS THE NIGHT SKY. Honestly I can’t say anything physically or design-wise has changed with Ula. uwu;

They both still carry these small daggers, though they used to be called ~psicea~ which is the most ridiculous word we ever come up with, i swear to god. They still HAVE the daggers even if we haven’t renamed them! Basically, the daggers are representations of the SOUL~ in their culture. Every one is personalized when a person is born, and they carry them with them at all times.
