This post introduces The Locket, the first of many stories on this blog. 

I have no idea why I still call it that, but it’s the name I came up with for this story when I first thought of the concept in fifth grade. (I later integrated it with the rest of this world)

There was supposed to be some sort of magic locket? Honestly, at this point, I don’t remember. Anyway, the basic story is about three sisters, princesses, fleeing their abusive tyrant of a father to find out what’s actually happening in the country, and why their brother left. Along the way, they meet a lot of friends, and end up traveling as a giant troupe, a total of 16. At one point I thought of making them the gods of this world, and honestly, I’m still toying with that idea. At this point, nothing is set in stone. 

Brief character introductions: Let’s see how short I can keep these

Arryanna Stilea: Eldest of the three sisters, leader of the group. Would be the goddess of creativity.

Lillyanna Stilea: Middle of the three sisters, the moral support and general “vent to me” person. Would be the goddess of love and beauty.

Rannania Stilea: Youngest of the three sisters, stays in the background mostly. She records their journey in a series of journals, with sketches of things she sees as well. Would be the goddess of time/records/the past.

Gemmira: The big sister of the group, a longtime friend of the sisters, used to help them sneak out. Very much in love with Blaze Would be the goddess of clouds and storms.

Blazarren: An angery dragon boi, very much in love with Gem. Believes in his friends, hates the injustice in their country and strives to change it. Would be the god of rage and righteous anger. Also uprisings.

Philameena: A sunshiney person, always there with a smile and a kind word, actual sweetheart, full of love and laughter. Very much in love with Zoe. Would be the goddess of the day.

Zoekia: Appears cold and angry, but that’s just her face. Actually cares, a lot. Shy and cautious. Very much in love with Phila. Would be the goddess of the night.

Melikira: The younger sister of the group, just wants to help in any way she can. Good with people and money. Married to her violin. Would be the goddess of music (and bards).

Alakarren: Often overlooked, he works in the shadows to keep things together. A shoulder to cry on, a sparring partner, anything someone in the group may need. Would be the god of adaptability and ingenuity.

Mikelarro: A genuinely nice person that gets taken advantage of often. Wears their heart on their sleeve and has it broken often. Nonetheless, they smile often. Would be the god of betrayal and heartbreak.

Elirunn: A former blacksmiths apprentice, is always working with their partner, Noah, to make new magical devices. Would be the god of smithing.

Noahkarn: Full of ideas and magic power, Noah works with their partner, Eli, to make magical devices the likes of which the world has never seen before. Would be the god of invention and inspiration. 

Ikarlavar: The prank master. Always getting into something, always up to something. Great fun at parties. Would be the god of illusion and pranks.

Arralina: Soft and quiet, unless angered. Her anger takes time to build, but when it finally releases, you’d be wise to stay out of her way. Would be the goddess of water.

Treylokan: A literal knight. Would die for his friends. A good boy. Very much in love with Jak. Would be the god of protection. 

Jakorren: The rogue to end all rogues. Literally a shadow boy. Helps those in need. Would be the god of shadows.
