#arrow 1x17

As you all know Felicity Smoak is my favourite character EVER. Even when I was unhappy with the Arrow writers - I stayed because she is still Felicity which is why I’m still watching today. So given that this is her last season why remember her awesomeness with the gifs created by our very talented fandom!

- So Helena is back!

- Poor Quentin. That's a lot to hit the guy with.

- I love the cute banter between Roy and Thea.

- Poor Oliver thinks he's got the day off then bam...

- '...or as I like to call her, your psycho ex-girlfriend.' Savage Dig gives me life.

- I get where Tommy's coming from, but he hasn't given Oliver the chance to explain.

- 'I can't dance.'

- 'you want me to kill her?' 'I think you would've a long time ago, if she looked like me instead of the tmobile girl.' Diggle is just serving tea this episode.

- '...I can't kill her.' Until she threatens the life of your future wife.

- 'and here I thought you didn't much care for me.' 'Still don't.' I love John Diggle.

- I love John and Oliver's reactions when Felicity walks in. They immediately go into protective mode.

- 'How many girlfriends do you have exactly?' Did I say how much I like you, Helena?

- Roy was such a cocky little punk.

- the Roy flip!

- why does nobody question the fact that Helena dated Oliver and hangs out with the hood? When she says Oliver's name, Quentin and McKenna just don't react at all. Like it's absurd. I know they were playing the pause for dramatic effect but it was stupid.

- aw Roy and Thea's first kiss. So cute she was distracting him from the needle. The big baby lol. Same though, Roy.

- why is Helena insinuating that she still has feelings for Oliver? When she left, she made it very clear that she felt nothing for him.

- 'you find yourself someone you never have to apologise to.' This line, then Oliver and McKenna do the deed. Cut to Felicity on the phone. I'm not just imagining this, am I?

- okay, remember when I said I liked you, Helena? Not anymore. Do not touch a hair on that girl's magnificent head.

- Another iconic Olicity scene. He is so freakin soft with her. The way he touches her and cradles her face. The way he says, 'you okay?' with his 'Felicity' voice. Felicity’s mascara is smudged. She was upset coz she felt like she let Oliver down by hacking the FBI. Poor bb. Just in this scene alone, we see how important Felicity has come to be to Oliver already.

- Oliver went from 'I can't kill her,' to 'what I should've done in the first place'. All because Helena went after Felicity. She threatened his family, McKenna, hurt Tommy, but Felicity was the last straw.

- goodbye McKenna.

- I like that Tommy came around to seeing things from Oliver's perspective.

- 'I was wrong to think that I could have it both ways. That I could do what I do and still have a normal life. With anyone.' 'Yeah, but if you're alone you're never going to be happy.' 'Maybe not. But me being happy isn't what's important right now.' This has been a driving factor throughout the series. I'm so proud of how far Oliver has come. Tommy would be too.

Rating: ☆☆☆☆ really enjoyed this episode.

In honour of the 150th episode of Arrow I thought it couldn’t hurt to reminisce about some of my favourite moments of Arrow - based on the gifs available ;) I’m starting to think this is simply stuff I miss BIG TIME.

- REALLY don’t like Helena - Psycho ex-girlfriend is the best name for her

- Verdant is opening!

- I feel so bad for the Lances

- Theroy! Thea gets Roy a job :)

- Oliver finding Helena with Thea...

- I would feel more sympathetic for Tommy if he was upset for Oliver for lying to him but this condescending judgement - nope.

- Poor Quentin with his grief over Sara and now she mourns him - I hurt

- Loving Oliver in the blue light!!

- Seriously Helena wasn’t even armed when she was holding Tommy, he should have just taken her out! Diggle is right, he let himself be extorted - STILL don’t like Helena

- LOVE Diggle in this episode!!

- Felt so bad for Felicity being dismissed when she had no idea why

- Loved Thea kissing Roy to distract him

- Helena really does think Oliver has a thing for her...Oliver’s faith in Helena really me question whether I liked Oliver when I watched this the first time

- Island Oliver knowing about circuit boards - Felicity would be so proud of him

- Oliver sleeps with McKenna while Felicity needs him...grrr

- Helena attacking Felicity final straw - now I start wishing for her death

- Oliver and Digg to the rescue! Oliver was so scared for Felicity, he literally tries to kill Helena at the safe house. Felicity was that bridge too far Helena

- Bye bye McKenna

- Tommy seems to kind of apologize at the end BUT STILL

- No shirtless scenes!

Season 1 tally - 12/17 episodes with shirtless Oliver…just saying, I’m taking note. For reasons…
