After a bit of research on google maps, I saw this spot which turned out to be great as one of my travel buddies had some flight problems so I had to drive back to the airport after shooting sunset anyways.

"Down the Line" - Alviso Sunset par aron cooperman Via Flickr : Sometimes you have to walk on the train tracks to get where to want to go... this isn't the first time and probably not the last I've hiked on a set of train tracks to get to a photo composition. This wasn't even the photo I was going for (I'll post that one later), but there was just a nice balance of warm soft sunset colors and a rising waning gibbous moon, how could I pass up this photo?
