This group of men and women directly impacts our entire country as they oversee and recruit The next generation of Warriors. Leadership is always the same but with such a rich cultural history of honor and pride military recruiters across the country are facing new challenges with this youngest generation. The challenge is - How can we improve our leadership/messaging to match the needs of these modern Warriors? Like any business or martial art we must grow and evolve to stay the best.
