Apparently three days of making posts about studying (and also actively studying) is enough to trick my brain into a routine. I couldn’t study early in the day today and I was antsy until I started after lunch. I also had the impulse to study at 4 in the morning, which is also not typical for me. I feel like my brain is an animal I have to trick into doing my bidding…

I thought the material I studied today would be more interesting, but it was uninspiring, and unfortunately the caffeine hit too late to help me work on it longer.

Speaking of, having a little cup of espresso with a biscuit right after lunch is so nice. It keeps me going through the rest of the day.

I think I’m going to start studying twice a day from tomorrow on. I’ll study in the morning and in the evening before I go to bed.
