Off the bat, looking at her pose and expression... Yeah she has no thoughts. This is the girl unironically going out in shirts with big lettering saying "Eat Sleep Fortnite Repeat" on them. The black and red color scheme in this context makes me think she wanted her racewear to be like this to make her look "super duper cool!" like a kid putting on a cape or something. It also contrasts her hair and eyes very heavily, again leaning into the idea that the black and red don't really reflect her, but how she wants to be, as this sleek cool new racer.

The name Arcade Champ obviously implies that she's really good at arcade games, or videogames as a whole. But an aspect of her I thought was interesting is that her guts stat is AWFUL. In her base stats (which I can check now, yayyy!!!) her guts stat is half of every other stat and that stays consistent throughout her entire career.

Her skills are Outer Post Proficiency, Nimble Navigator, Slick Surge. All painting a pretty clear picture of someone who's good at finding their way out of sticky situations. Not only that, but nimble nav and slick surge are incredibly important skills for a late surger like her. I interpret this, combined with the awful guts stat as her being inherently talented. Along the lines of a character like Mayano Top Gun. Someone who's incredible at going through and solving problems, but with the low guts, if she encounters a problem she can't easily get through she immediately gives up. Losing all willpower to continue working on the problem.
