Part of the info comes from a letter sent by Vicky to a fan. I have been unsuccessfully been trying to track down a picture of the letter itself, but the info there is the legit info from the letter.

Most of the other info comes from Erica's comments at a tour/signing. The user is trustworthy, and they had the correct title for The Path of Stars.

Arc Six coming after Super Edition 9 was confirmed by Kate on her blog. I don't know the exact post where she confirmed it, but it was a "Kate Answers Questions" Post. I'll try to track it down for you, and post it later.

Confirmed Info

- It will be another lake arc, taking place after Bramblestar's Storm.- We'll see the kits of Sedgewhisker, Dawnpelt, Snowbird, Petalfur, and Squirrelflight in the arc. - It's still in the very early planning stages. Squirrelflight's kits don't even have names yet. (That was mentioned on November 11, 2014, so they may have names by now.) - Vicky will not be involved with the story. (The last main series book she worked on was Tallstar's Revenge.) - We're getting Super Edition 9 before we get Arc Six. (I don't have an exact link, but Kate said back in one of her first question answering sessions in the summer that Cherith was currently working on Super Edition 9, which would be released in 2016. Since Arc Six is in the planning stages, we're getting it after Super Edition 9.) - Spottedleaf isn't going to come back. Having your spirit destroyed is final.

Possibilities

- We may be getting an albino cat, since Erica said she liked the idea of one. - Erica also mentioned that they haven't decided if any characters from outside of ThunderClan will get POVs yet.

What to expect

- The first book will almost certainly be released in 2016. We'll probably get it in the fall, since it's coming after a Super Edition (usually the Warriors summer book), but we may see Super Edition 9 in the spring and Arc Six #1 in the summer. - Squirrelflight and Bramblestar's kits will likely be major characters in the arc. At the very least, expect one of them to be a POV character and the others to be featured heavily in the story. They could all be POV characters, though.

Rumours

- It's been rumoured that Featherfall (who appears in Bramblestar's Storm as Crowfeather's apprentice in a single scene) will be the main villain of the arc. She may be some kind of conqueror similar to Brokenstar and Kuvira. - It's also rumoured that Hawkfrost has a rogue son named Diego, who will be appearing.

I think it would be pretty cool if a similar thing was done with Arc Six, in terms of the villain plots. For example, my hypothetical vision of the arc has Sol (in his last hurrah) as the villain of the first book, Diego as the villain of the second book, and some sort of beast tamer kittypet as the villain of the third book. (Haven't quite worked out all the details on that last one.) Then, in the second half of the arc, Featherfall steps in as the main villain, after having been build up as a major player and potential threat in the first three books.

Before it started, we usually got three main series Warriors books a year.
