oh arah my love you hold the key to my heart i could literally talk about sims for hours and fair warning i am probably about to

i played sims 3 when i was in high school and the only thing i ever did was make myself and play that way, and i did the same thing when sims 4 came out, which obviously got boring eventually so i kind of stopped playing for awhile

BUT THEN i discovered the wonderful world of sims youtube (james turner and deligracy are 100% the loves of my life) and i realized you can do so much more than that??? and it was truly a revelation honestly. now i’m obsessed and i own every pack (even though i definitely can’t afford it lmao) and it brings me more joy than almost anything else.

usually what i like to do is build a house first, and then use those vibes to make a sim to live in it. i like to randomize traits a lot because after playing essentially the same story a million times i really like every sim i play now to be different to mix it up.

i love modern houses with lots of light woods and earth tones - all the recent packs like tiny living and eco lifestyle are my JAM in terms of build items. create a sim is my one true love i could honest to god spend an entire day designing sims and be completely ecstatic about it. i don’t use cheats super often but i do have a ton of cc that makes my computer run slow as shit but i don’t even care because i cannot live without it lmao.
