Lunch: golden syrup flavoured porridge

Snack: fruit shortcakes, mini eggs, refresher and peanuts

Dinner: pasta with butter beans, carrots, pepper and tomatoes

Drink: energy drink

Lunch: quorn turkey and stuffing and salad cream sandwich

Snack: cheese and onion crisps, prawn cocktail crisps and love hearts

Dinner: battered halloumi, vegetable spring rolls and chips

Snack: a rice cake with garlic and herb soft cheese, mini cheddars, 2 pringles, 2 shortbreads, love hearts, 2 cherries, 2 strawberries and biscoff spread from the tub

Drinks: hot chocolate

I was so hungry when I woke up that I felt so bloody nauseous. Like I actually thought I was gonna throw up, it was that bad (I didn't though thankfully)

Lunch: tomato soup and a homemade flatbread thing

Snack: some cashews and chocolate

Dinner: quorn cocktail sausages, scrambled egg whites, chips, green beans, seaweed and tomato puree

Dessert: rice pudding

Drinks: latte, hard seltzer

I woke up feeling weird today, idk how to really explain it. I just didn't really feel real, like I was merely observing everything going on around me through a haze. Idk, but I just didn't feel like eating, I didn't feel like doing anything but sleeping for a week straight (or forever). I've had a few good mental health days recently, I should have known it wouldn't last. It never does

The flatbread thingy was pretty undercooked though, it was in the oven for 20 minutes and I just couldn't wait any longer lol. Still tasted good lol

Breakfast: cheese on toast

Snack: love hearts and a few blueberries and raspberries

Lunch: quorn beef and coleslaw sandwich

Dinner: jacket potato with cheese, quorn fajita fillets, salad and coleslaw

Snack: 5 ginger nuts, prawn cocktail crisps, mini oreos, a creme egg, some walnuts and peanut butter and biscoff spread from the tub

Drinks: energy drink, hot chocolate

Breakfast: crumpets

Snack: jam doughnut and chilli doritos

Lunch: vegetarian hotdogs

Dinner: quorn chicken nuggets, potatoes, onion rings, salad, beetroot salad and cheesy coleslaw

Snack: a slice of quorn ham with chilli tomato cheese spread, some rice krispies, 5 blueberries and some chocolate spread and pistachio creme

Drinks: cider, hot chocolate

Breakfast: peanut butter and chocolate spread on toast

Snack: gold chocolate bar

Lunch: nachos with cheese and guacamole

Snack: 2 twix and a caramel mini roll

Dinner: cheese pizza, chips and a cheese stuffed pepper

Dessert: chocolate filled cookies with salted caramel ice cream

Breakfast: potato smiles

Snack: fruit pastilles

Lunch: boiled egg and mayo sandwich

Snack: ice lolly

Dinner: vegetarian cottage pie with sweet potato mash, onion rings and vegetables

Snack: 2 ryvita crispbreads (1 with blue cheese spread, 1 with garlic and herb soft cheese), cheese and onion crisps, a handful of rice krispies and 4 blueberries

Drinks: latte, hot chocolate

Idk why, but I wasn't feeling so great with what I've eaten after lunch. And that feeling was made so much worse when my grandad couldn't finish his dinner, which was a smaller portion than mine and I had a little more after too
