Lunch: quorn ham and cheese and onion spread sandwich

Snack: white chocolate chip cookie and a nature valley oats and dark chocolate bar

Dinner: meat-free sausages, onion rings, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli and ketchup

Snack: cheese and onion crisps, a nature valley Canadian maple syrup bar, 12 custard creams and some peanut butter and biscoff spread

I sorta chewed and spit the last bites of my lunch and dinner, my grandad starting moujaro is a lot more triggering than I thought it would be. Also probably because I wanted to punish myself as I failed one of my assignments (the first one I've failed in my 2 years at uni). I feel so utterly stupid and worthless. Kinda backfired though as I was so hungry at the end of the day, like I felt like I could eat so much chocolate and cookies and more custard creams and still not be full
