I barely ate any of my dinner when my grandad compared his much smaller portion size to everyone else's and saving that he can't believe he used to eat that much. And I mean, it does seem like a lot when it's all piled onto the plate, but I would stop if I get too full yk, so it's not too much if I can eat it all with no problem. I did manage to eat it all, but I really didn't want to. I felt so guilty and like it was too much, when I know it wasn't. I just knew I had to eat otherwise I'd be really hungry later. I do get that he's just talking about his experiences, and idk if my nan even told him about my ed or not (he knows I've had blood tests and stuff done recently and hasn't asked why, so I think he might know), but I really don't want to mention how all this is making me feel. It's hard talking about these things with my family, but especially someone I've never really felt would understand a lot of this stuff yk. Sorry for the long ass vent lol
