Out of all places that this place had to offer, RetroBlast was one of his favorite places. It marks third on his list. Second being Twistyâs and first being the concert hall. It makes sense for someone like him. After all, he is part of a music-based species. But nothing sparks nostalgia like a good trip to the arcade.
At the moment, CV was trying to get onto the high score board for Pacman. Like Pong, the game his paddle and itâs abilities is based off of, itâs addictive. Get all the dots, avoid the ghosts, power up then eat the ghosts, maybe get some fruit here and there. Itâs a classic game.
Itâs enough to get his mind off the fact that his CORE now suddenly has the ability to burst the Nyan Cat theme three times a week at random. Wakes him up in the middle of the night, sometimes. But itâs a short song. He can bear it. He doesnât mind the other swapped ability where-in his laser power is now a pointer instead of waves of bolts. Being a cat person, itâs pretty fun.
For now, itâs up to CV to beat that high score- wait, nope. He just lost his third life. He let out a âgrrrrâ in frustration. In goes the next few coins.
Heâs honestly wasting his money being here. But, well, heâs not used to managing money before when his previous currency was literally BARS OF GOLD. In a human sense, heâd be very VERY rich. But instead heâs on the same level as us.
None-the-less he pushes on, not even taking into account anyone that might approach him.
