please help Audrey Sacred Raven get to NYC! they are super cool, do AMAZING beadwork, and the show on "stolen artifacts" (cultural products, land, etc) sounds awesome. Audrey is the pioneer behind the #HighPlainsHauteCouture hashtag (a personal favorite of ours), is very passionate about their culture and traditional aesthetics, and is a true Native fashionista. it would be awesome to get to see them showcasing their work in a place like NYC, particularly since so few Natives from places like rural Montana (Audrey is from the Crow reservation) are given their dues for their amazing work, because so few people see it and they are not often shared on large mainstream art networks.
PS if you're into really badass Crow-style beadwork, follow them on instagram at ladysacredraven ;)
