Skype have released a Facebook app named Humoticons which ties in with the marketing campaign “It’s Time for Skype” which Skype say is returning “humanity” back into everyday people communication. Apparently 'Skypers' frequently use emoticons and so Skype have produced Humoticons to let users imitate their favorite emoticons in their own personal way using their webcams or tailoring existing emoticons so that their faces fit. Nowadays, with apps such as the like of WhatsApp and Kik Messenger, free text messaging isn't uncommon. Yahoo! also want to provide the same and have now released their Hub application to do just that.
