Ingredients: 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped. 6-8 dates, pitted. 1 cup low-fat yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the yogurt, almond milk, chopped apples, pitted dates, and cinnamon. If you would like more sweetness, add honey. In order to achieve a thicker and colder texture, add ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer into glasses and serve right away.
