Alex Lambert

• Alex loves making their gender as confusing as possible, referring to herself as both a guy, a girl and something in between in different contexts and not specifying what pronouns to use (that's why I try rotate between them).

• Alex absolutely adores Gwen. They think she's an angel incarnate sent down to save the souls of the geeks who enter Joe's store (He's so strange I can't). They love getting Gwen gifts that "reminded me of you!" that almost definitely suit his taste more than hers, she'd never complain though.

• Surprisingly used to be a really squeamish kid. The whiplash his parents must've gotten when he came home with a book about taxidermy from school, the beginning of his obsession.

• Alex doesn't get off to the dead, on the contrary they find the idea ridiculous, she just has a sort of hyperfixation on it... it just happens to be a very unfortunate fixation (take people who are obsessed with the world wars, they don't like war they just find it interesting)

Gwen 'Mousey' Wilkins

• Gwen is half German (her dad is German and her mum is American) but was taught how to talk by her mum so she doesn't have much of a German accent.

• She's very socially anxious and hates the idea of being watched or perceived but ironically can handle the watchful gaze of her frankly haunting doll collection.

• She is utterly terrified of the members of The Eltingville Club, Jerry not as much, and tries to avoid having to talk to them at all times, usually hiding behind Ironjaw so he spits on them makes them go away.

• Gwen used to be convinced that Alex was a cannibal until she got to know him (I don't blame her...)

Joan McCann

• Joan has an online friend she talks to all the time. No matter where she is or what she's doing, she'll take the time to message them (might make a design for her friend unless someone wants it to be their oc - let me know if so - bc I'm feeling cheeky).

• Joan and Pete have a strange beef where Joan points out "All the gay parts" in his favourite horror movies (bc let's be real some of those horror bitches are gay - a gay person). She thinks it's the funniest thing ever.

• She loves musicals but only likes a select few: probably Nerdy Prudes Must Die (fitting), Ride the Cyclone, Little Shop of Horrors, Rocky Horror Picture show, Jesus Christ superstar (specifically the 2012 version bc it's the best version), Blood Brothers, and her guilty pleasure would probably be Highschool Musical.
