been better. i’m really frustrated by my job, but i’m also still at a point where i don’t care enough to do anything about it. And i feel ya on the social anxiety. been manufacturing excuses to avoid people a lot more lately. just kinda stagnating.
i get you on the job dissatisfaction front!... i don't know any of the details but i've been close to leaving mine a couple of times... and re: anxiety it comes and goes, doesn't it? when you're feeling it it kind of owns you for a while and you get stuck between going to bed early and not really wanting to fall asleep but i will say those excuses can be a legitimate defense when you feel like your own company is enough of an obstacle
i wonder if it's seasonal or if it's something more complicated.
