" ratchet ...? "
Ratchet hums softly, turning to face Drift. His expression softened, and a small smile tugged on the corners of his derma. One optic ridge did raise, one servo going to his hip as the other held a datapad.
"Drift."

This is the last place that Ratchet really wanted to be when he had so much work to do, but according to the others he needs to take it easy for awhile because he apparently 'works to much'. How is that even possible?
Working to much? Please...
Still he supposed it wasn't to bad, it could have been worse...instead of being brought here he could have been locked up in his habsuite till they deemed he was fit to work again. What he wasn't expecting was to see Drift performing on the pole, now he's wondering if First Aid brought him here on purpose.
His optics shift to the side to glance at the other who conveniently disappeared into the crowd, leaving him alone to watch the show "...of course." he mutters to himself, it's not like Drift was unpleasant to look at so he may as well enjoy the performance while it lasted.
And primus was it hard to keep his optics off Drift's elegant movements. He was almost envious, Drift moved so smoothly and with grace meanwhile Ratchet's back strut gave out if he bent down to fast or felt nothing but agony if he tried to stretch to grab something from a high shelf.
Maybe he was just unlucky.

❤️ - Favorite character I've written
In the Transformers fandom, it's probably the various faces of the Unicron Trilogy Starscream. Each one is so unique and fun. Overall, I think my favorite character has been either Indra Otsutsuki from the Naruto fandom because he was such a blank slate that I could manipulate within reason, or Yu Kanda from the D.Gray-Man series because he was just a fun character.
💡 - Any plots/ideas you want to write?
I only have vague ideas, I'm terrible with really precise ideas, but leaning into Brainstorm's Decepticon era or dealing with the fall out of his deception is one I love the concept of. There is also redemption arcs I love to think about for Armada and Earthspark Starscream. Let them be good, while still learning how to be good. A recent idea I've had kind of crop up is Skybound Starscream dealing with his relationship with Megatron. But that takes a good mental space for me to think about.

Rodimus just looks at Drift. He just doesn't even take in his words. His wings move a bit as he thinks over what to do. Fighting it will only make things worse, so he just steps closer to him.
"... Drift."
He pulls him in before anything else can be said and closes the distance between the two now.
