Well, I often find myself forgetting a lot of the characters I read about in books. However, I will never forget the boxcar children. I would love to take an older version of Benny to prom. I think he would make prom a fun experience with his silliness and how talkative he is. My other prom option would definately be Ned (Nancy Drew’s friend/boyfriend)! To start, he is handsome and smart; in addition he has a love for athletics and the outdoors. Ned has a great personality, I think he’d be the kind of guy that could make any situation, prom or anything else, a really fun time.

Harry truly cares about everyone and has a unique perspective on the world, which would give us something to talk about. He is not much of a player even though a lot of the girls obsess over him, at least it doesn’t go to his head. Also I want to know about the wizard world and fly on a broom stick. That’s it, it is settled I’m taking Harry Potter to prom. 

If I could choose a fictional character to be my prom date, I would choose Howard Roark. I think that it would be great for me to sit down with Mr. Roark and ask him all of the questions that I've always wanted to ask him. I find him very interesting because of the way he acts. He has great love for what he does and refuses to do things based on what others believe or think. For him his career is his religion and he devotes his life to it. Hanging out with Howard would be wonderful!

The character that I would take with me to prom would be BMO from Adventure Time, as BMO is very funny and would be an awesome companion to take. BMO would be able to entertain me and my friends, take pictures throughout the night, and is just as weird as I am.

The fictional character I would love to take to prom is Hazel Grace Lancaster from The Fault In Our Stars. I'd probably have to ask her more than once, seeing as she'd initially turn me away, but that's okay. You see, Hazel Grace is dying, and that has made her wise beyond her years, but it has also shut her out from the rest of the world. While she may think I'd be asking her out of pity, seeing as she's the girl that always carries around an oxygen tank, she'd actually be downgrading big time by going with me. She's thoughtful and funny and so above me, and spending just one night with her would make me reevaluate everything and make me a better person. She's the ultimate prom date.

If I was going to take a fictional character to prom it would definitely be Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. I grew up reading these books and she always stuck out to me, she was described as intelligent, kind and funny all at the same time. Those would be perfect attributes for a prom date.
