Roderich is lost in thought. He often is, on days like this, when the air is still and the sky is clear and silence seems to have fallen over the world. On days like this, he likes to paint pretty pictures in his mind, write songs that will bounce off the sprawling mountain landscape of his home and that he keeps hidden in his secret heart so only he might listen to them. 

But perhaps he looks too pensive as he thinks, or melancholic, for soon he feels a gentle hand upon his shoulder, and curious, as well as a bit surprise, he looks up.
