I’m still upset about the whole “Dabi hunted down Hawks’s mom” thing that shit made no sense when there could’ve been a much easier and meaningful way Dabi knew their names/past
Dabi for some reason hunting down records that had previously been completely wiped for a pro-hero that he apparently had no prior connection with doesn’t hit as hard as: Touya knew of his father saving another child his age (no they did not have to be childhood friends) but he was aware that this was something done, and then after Touya’s “death” watching Keigo from afar basically grow up and living the life Touya was suppose to have along side his dad being the #1 and #2 heroes in the country, only for the irony to be Keigo’s parents had treated him the same way Enji treated Touya, THEN Dabi proceeding to hunt down records on his family and threatening them after Hawks backstabbing the league, it would’ve made more sense too for why Dabi flagged down Hawks to join them in the first place
