Exclusionism is aphobia. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
Yes it is, you're right Non-Non. But exclusionism is also bipbobia, transphobia, and every other phobia. I can only assume you're referring to my post on the gunggirl discourse. But assuming makes an ass out of you and me. But as I am an ass on most occasions, I'll continue.
If you break down the word 'aphobia' you get 'a' and 'phobia'. The 'a-' would symbolize the 'a-' orientations, asexual and aromantic. Now the '-phobia' part is different. Phobia means '1: exaggerated fear of (like acrophobia) OR 2: intolerance or aversion for (like photophobia)' [Merriam Webster]
That being said, due to phobia having 2 base definitions, it's hard to determine the usage at times. When I see phobia, I think definition 1. You Non-Non, could see definition 2. Its subjective.
That's why I used the descriptors I did. When I see phobias with the abbreviations of orientations, I see it as afraid of those orientations vs aversion to them. So I say exclusionist, close-minded, unable to accept reality, delusional, etc. because they are more descriptive and accurate and easier to understand at first glance.
So, thank you for giving me the opportunity to be an ass for assuming. Sorry, not sorry, for making you an ass for assuming. Also, this ask itself is biphobic, transphobic, and every other phobic that I couldn't think of how to condense it to phobic. Because you excluded them in your ask by saying "Exclusionism is aphobia. No ifs, and, or buts about it." <--- kinda excludes others. But that's splitting hairs with a microscope I found in @anxious-barnacle 's reply on the gunggirl discorse.
