Can’t find a map that covers occurrence of body hair for everybody, unfortunately just this for the male populations. Anyway, if you look at the map, you’ll notice the hairiest places in the world are the Mediterranean and northern Europe, aka places where there’s a lot of white people. Which brings me to my next point

Is it me or is it sorta really racist that a lot of progressives assume that women of color are naturally hairier than white women? dunno it just strikes me as racist bc it often comes off as these people seeing WoC as more animalistic and therefore more hairy but they’re trying to make their racism woke by spouting shit like “yaaas desi queen sport that mustache” I find it mind boggling really

Let's talk about it. Confidence, when based on shallow, fleeting concepts (like beauty standards) is actually a myth. Confidence involves the absence of insecurity or shame. If you are body-conscious or body-focused, you are incapable of feeling secure in your image. That obsession with the appearance eats away at you. You think "I hope they look at me. I hope they think I look good. How does my hair look right now? I have to find a mirror. I have to make sure I look good in this outfit."
