yeahhh i also thought lucy was really not good but for me it was like... brief? and somewhat fast paced? luc besson is a director that i think is competent but usually lets his enthusiasm for his (often bad) ideas get in the way of telling a well structured story. but lucy at least felt kind of engaging for me, even if it was just because i was entertained by some of the really dumb shit being presented as really smart shit

Batman: Under the Red Hood.  Obviously, he’s great in every show he’s in, but that’s the one movie I can think of.  His work on Adventure Time especially is so damn good.

so very true. simply watching it once more brings me back to simpler times. no other video other than maybe "Yoshi Says Balls For 10 Minutes Straight" can replicate the feeling. we have to wonder why such simple audio visionary playbacks can invoke such deep emotions, but maybe it is simply because the creators just put in enough soul to carry throughout the ages and remain in our hearts. truly splendid.
