Brah books are so fire cuz its just pure yummy knowledge good stuff whist improving vocabulary and yapa... but once the book finishes I crave for more info streamed directly into my brain.
So I turn to reals, or youtube or online websites for reading and it all just turns into mush and loss of braincells. After reading a physical book able to be more productive afterwards but most content that gives me that dopamine online makes me more depressed. I dont like staring at a screen the entire day. I dont like how most of my interests are online. Its do x irl that will reward me long term or get instant gratification doing y, but feel miserable and shitty later.
It severs the connection and motivation I feel to rl and causes less progress made in real life shit. Idk if this is more of a thing cuz i have audhd and maybe i should just use my meds again????
