Hi Annise!! Ok, this one will be different from most of my others.
Excerpts from the outline: Gallagher and Milkovich kids grew up together, all friends. Staggered ages (Fiona closest to Jamie and Colin, then Iggy/Lip/Mickey/Ian/Mandy, younger kids as in canon). Mickey and Ian both out to Lip separately, but not to each other. He, of course has far too much fun with this. Mickey won a silly trinket ring at some fair that says ‘my man’, has been carrying it around for years dreaming of being able to give it to Ian, but doesn’t think he’s interested. Falls out of his pocket one day in front of Debbie, who teases him mercilessly, but then ends up playing matchmaker.

🫠 Fic + What was the hardest about writing this? Ha... well, for Take Me Down it would be the fact that I know NOTHING about College Wrestling 😂 Of Vampires and Men was actually relatively easy to write in the sense that with these supernatural au's you can really get away with just about anything - but keeping track of the lore that I was building in there was probably the trickiest 🍪 Fic + What was the most fun while writing this?
Take Me Down has been a blast, honestly (and I will get back to it soon!). But putting them in each other's path and having Mickey at least trying to resist (not very successfully!) getting pulled into Ian's orbit is always fun Of Vampires and Men.... I think with that one the buildup to the twist was the most fun. Putting all of the breadcrumbs in place, and then....

Top Five places to go on my day off.... well, that really depends on the season, but if I am just ranking them without that.... 1. Nowhere. Staying home in my pj's is the best
2. The cottage. Assuming that the weather is nice enough, a day relaxing at the cottage is always calming
3. The mountains. This one is a bit tricky now that I live halfway across the country from them - but you really can't beat the views and the sense of peace
4. Zoo or Aquarium. There's always some amazing or adorable critters
5. Walking in the forest. As long as it's not mosquito season

laptop, always. I can't even imagine trying to write entire fics on my phone.... the most that happens on there is a quick jot down of an idea that strikes me when I'm not near the laptop

Hi Annise! 🎸 ~ what's your favorite band? You know, I don't know if I really have one. But a couple of amazing Canadian bands that I wish had gotten a much bigger international stage are Blue Rodeo and The Tea Party!
🧸 ~ do you have stuffed animals? if so, how many? Technically the answer is two, I guess. But one of them was my cat's emotional support stuffed animal. For myself, just one. A sloth. He was a great tummy support sloth after having surgery! 🎻 ~ do you like classical music? who's your favorite composer? I like it fine, but I wouldn't say it's ever something I would seek out specifically to listen to. Can't say that I have a favorite composer.
