Augh, yeah, nothing one can do about elitists that only care about stats :V But yeah, screw tier lists! (personally I find it inaccurate in the first place, every time I see Takumis I just... I just laugh because thank you for the free advanced arena points hahahah)

But yeah, it frustrates me that so many guides say things like “don’t use weak characters and use only strong ones, your faves will understand” because oh my god it’s a game?? Please let me enjoy it like a normal person?? I won’t have the same sense of accomplishment if I don’t play this game with the characters I like.

because Masamune and Muramasa are historically seen as rivals, despite even living 200 years apart they were in legends:
