Ankle sprain can be grouped into 3 categories: -inversion sprain (foot rolls in) -eversion (foot rolls out) -high ankle sprain (typically involves a dorsiflexed ankle and twisting) . Here is a simple drill to work on better ankle stability through a variety of ranges and targets the lateral and medial stabilizers of the ankles 👣 . The key 🔑 here is control. Speed can cover up limitations, so going slowly through this will allow you to improve proprioception. A mirror to start may be helpful to maintain the ankle in line with the forefoot and shin. Simply resist the pull of the band. You can do this on one foot as well and adjust resistance as able .
