Okay. I'll say it. I miss cons 😭 This past weekend was supposed to have been Tekko weekend, and although I definitely needed a break after ACross, I didn't know I was going to get such a sizeable one. Maple Gel canceled for 2020 this past week as well, which makes me so sad since I had to miss last year already. I'm just waiting for Fanime and Tekko 2.0 to follow suit once states realize this isn't going to be over anytime soon. It'll be sad, but our community could really benefit from some hibernation. I already hope that the concept of social distancing causes some people at risk for touching cosplayers inappropriately to rethink the way they will interact with someone when we return to physical conventions. However, we also have to acknowledge that stalking, abuse, and even assault still happen during quarantine. I don't know how to predict what will happen next with conventions, but needless to say, as soon as I can get back in the game, I'll be upping CSSN's presence wherever I can. As for how I'm holding up... Well, we'll be starting a replay of Tales of Vesperia soon!
