There are many, MANY species of fauna covering New Earth. Included in this post are only those most notable on each continent. As I come up with more animals this list will be updated.

Anilex:  The animals on Anilex have slowly changed over time as Decepticons made more changes and developments to Earth. When North America collided with South America and Greenland, many different species came together. On Anilex, there are the standard small, woodland creatures from all the continents, but there are also very large animals. There are not very many ‘large animals’ on Anilex, mainly because the Decepticons killed many species off to make the continent easier to control. They left behind many domesticated farm animals to be used as labor with the human slaves.

Ocean Things:

The humans on Anilex all speak the same language (some variant of English), but the humans on Deimari speak a new, foreign language, similar to Japanese or Chinese. They also write in characters instead of letters.

Mecha speak in various languages, depending on where they grew up or originate from. However, the Autobot Forces required that all Autobots speak a form of Iaconian, the Iaconian Standard (often referred to as just ‘Standard’ in everyday speech).

Mecha culture is already well explained in the main of the Transformers fandom, so I won’t go into too much detail about that. What this prompt will detail is the the vast and deep cultures of the various New Earthen peoples.

The people who live on Anilex are either former slaves or direct descendants of Decepticon human slaves. Some of these people remember what Old Earth was like, but the majority just know of their life on New Earth, in a time of peace with the Autobots.

The people who live on Deimari have very few memories of the war. These people arose out of a small grouping of refugees that washed ashore on Deimari and then hid from the Decepticons. There are stories of the war, but they are mainly told as myths and legends around evening fires. 

I’ve already spoken a little about the make up of this New Earth. There are six continents:

Anilex is a North American-type of continent. Sprawling and rich with mainly coniferous vegetation, Anilex is the location of the main human population, and as such has a central dirt road that runs its length vertically. The road follows a large river as well. The main forests of Anilex are coniferous pine and fir trees. The southern forests are more deciduous, with leaves that fall before winter. Where there are no dense trees, the majority of the ground is covered in grass. Prairie grass down south, thicker meadow grass in the north. Deep in the heart of forests grow thorny brambles that impede a lot of civilized movement. The single chain of mountains on Anilex are very tall, and are year-round covered in snow. Only on the hottest of years does the snow melt. On the west side of the mountains is arid desert, and on the east thick and lush meadows/forest.

Tyrus is similar to Anilex except for it has a centralized mountain almost spot in the middle of the continent. Forested densely with thick undergrowth, Tyrus is a wild land that is uninhabited. The rivers and streams run ice cold in the north and slightly warmer in the south. They originate mainly from the central mountain. The coasts are laden with large, sea-smoothed boulders and powdery sand. The treeline ceases where the sand meets the soil, and the trees become little bushes. Near the mountain on the southeastern side are marshes, and the trees there are bereft of much foliage. The grassy areas are similar to Anilex in that they are made up of orchard grass.

Alaba is near the equator, reminiscent of Africa. Mainly savannah, Alaba is mainly populated by Mecha. A series of rivers connect the various portions of the continent and allow the ‘native’ centaurian mecha to travel. The animals on Alaba have only grown in size and are very similar to their Old Earth counterparts. Near the southern edge of Alaba is an intricate delta of rivers. There are small mountain clusters in Alaba, made up of the leftover Old Earth mountainous formations. Humid near the coasts and dry-hot in the interior, life on Alaba is difficult for the Mecha that live there.

Deimari is covered completely in Japanese Fir trees and other coniferous vegetation. Cool and crisp, this continent does not experience the hottest of summers, or the bitterest of winters. Rainfall is three inches+ daily, with longer periods of rain during the monsoon season. It is unknown who or what exactly lives on Deimari, as it is mostly unexplored by the humans and Mecha. The coastlines are rocky and unfriendly, making sea voyages to and from Deimari difficult. Most of the forest floor is covered with lichens and mossy ground cover. The rainfall is heavily affected by the warm tropical currents along the equator, which heat the ocean and send humid ocean water into the atmosphere, which then almost immediately rains down upon Deimari.

Zirve - Cold and remote. Covered in glaciers and thick ice sheets, Zirve serves as the North Pole of New Earth. A huge crevasse splits the continent, reaching almost to the Earth’s mantle.

This is the main continent on Earth now. It is named Anilex.

The Aran Mountains is the large path of mountains on Anilex. Near to the Autobot base (abbreviated usually as the Autobase) is the mountain Ara for which the entire range is named for. Ara, like Mt. Everest, is covered in snow year round.

Anilex is the source of all the human labor (which overtime is strictly regulated into only the best and the strongest humans), and most of the energon is produced on Anilex. Anilex consists of North America (including all of the Canadian Arctic), South America, and Greenland. Anilex is mainly a forested area in the eastern half of the continent, but is almost completely hard rock and desert in the west. Once the Autobots return, they take over a Decepticon military base and construct a base of operations themselves. A concentrated human village is located slightly to the south of the base.

The Alondran Forest is the main body of woods on Anilex, but the on the easternmost tip of Anilex is a coastal, redwoods-style forest named the Deri Woodland. The Deri is also a place highly concentrated with cervid life, mainly elk. There is one main river running vertically through Anilex, the Gate, and has a series of “gates” placed in the water along its’ path. These gates are used to help regulate water flow and to channel water through a series of wheels to generate power.
