me: i should go walk around my neighborhood for a bit, get off the computer, get some exercise, catch some pokemon

My main anxiety is centered around me going someplace and someone embarrassing me. Like if im looking for a specific item in a store and dont see it i dont want to ask about it in fear that they dont stock it at all and think im stupid for even asking. Or if i have to go to a meeting and dont see anyone else there ill be terrified of going in fear that it was cancelled and i look silly. To sum it up, I'm scared of people's reactions more than anything else. Is this a sort of anxiety?
