Ramblings:
You know I wasn't here during that era, nor am I familiar with the other issues that were beheld during that time, but I have to give Jenny props for one thing at least; seeing through Tara's BS
I'm wondering if the fact she had her own mind and way of doing things, and the fact that it was reported there was a Vegas trip where Jenny "had a reason to be jealous" that Tara was the interfering factor to their eventual break up........twice.
So Jenny wasn't considered a useful addition to the Tara gravy train and because Christopher made the mistake of valuing the length of their friendship over his own feelings......even Scott approved of Jenny
I've never seen him post Tara 👀.....unless it's from a very long time ago.....
We are all (yes even I having only been here for two years) familiar with the way she loves to cling to him and show how she is associated to him by clinging onto him in photos
I had mentioned a long time ago how even from afar this dynamic seemed intensely unhealthy/toxic and how much she also loves to troll the fandom for attention just as much as Smellba🐟 and Trashbin🗑️ seem to, even in the same manner, birds of a feather I guess 🤷♀️, or maybe just the last of the rotten fruit 🍎🍏
I do often wonder if this is due to her own failed attempts at establishing an acting career of her own after studying theatre, having Jenna take some "artsy" shots for her "photography page"
(Have you ever even studied the Art? For the love of GOD download a pamphlet on the Rules of Composition or something🙏)
Only ever managing to be someone else's PA (did Christopher not trust her enough to be his own, oh right he chose Josh 😘) and instead has just clung for life to the side of his gravy train for the scraps falling off the side
Scott may have to deal with being in Christophers shadow somewhat because of his successes but at least he's out there trying to work at establishing his OWN space.
(Throwback memory to the Scott Evans thread in the Private Group on LSA, we were all so happy for you with Barbie Hun, I wish I could have shown you, we did try shouting you out on the main thread 🙏)

I've mentioned before that I have my own set of Gibbs life rules, what follows are three that I think could apply here:
"Trust is maintained not earned"
People change and grow, sometimes they strengthen ties, and sometimes they drift and break apart for a reason.
You need to learn to recognise when it's time to let go of the things and people that no longer serve you or allow you the space to grow.
"You're friends are a reflection of who you are, choose wisely"
This one has been a difficult lesson for me personally. It took me far longer than it should have to realise some people in my life didn't value me the same way I valued them. Once I distanced myself I was able to make my own peace and stop lighting myself on fire to keep them fed.
"Always leave a space between yourself and others, they will find something to fill it with and show you who they really are"
Enough said 🔮

37# Empathy is the true source of strength in a steel core
35# Check and checkmate, always measure twice and cut once
36# If the shoe doesn't fit, it probably belongs on the other foot
#34 You are an echo of an echo, the self is the illusion

Rule 1# of the social media marketing jungle
"Always respect your users and fans, lest they find a competitors forum on which to reorganise and take your advertising money"
New rule:
"Nothing is certain, except trees and boundaries"
It's a play on the saying about death and taxes
In my case I'm making reference to the things that are from a universal point of view certain rather than a societal one
That energy regardless of its form has the potential to grow within it's own systemic or environmental limitations, and then it will either adapt and change to survive, or it will die out and be replaced by something able to do so that will use it for fuel
Rules to live by
They aren't just guidelines...........they're more like a life philosophy
This particular list of rules as my personal guidelines has been built up over many years. Nearly each and every one is the result of a traumatic or difficult period of time in my life and are something I refer back to when I'm struggling with something ( If you're curious or haven't read my pinned post you can find the current list in its entirety.)
They're not always to be taken at surface value. While it may seem like a simple or straightforward sentence when first read through it's not quite that simple "Context is a pre-requisite" and all
#1 "Don't start what you are not going to finish"
When I was much younger I had a hard time deciding what I was going to do with my life, even now I'm more a 'Jack of all trades' type than a true specialist of anything.
While it may come across to some as indecisive from my point of view it's curiosity and the desire to experience different things the world has to offer even if it's just the opportunity to learn about it from afar
As a result I've had many types of jobs and gained many different qualifications that do not even truly relate to each other, but also there were times I would start something and either not finish it or simply lose interest and stop. I would later either regret not finishing it, or having wasted the time starting the project at all
I would always worry about having regrets later in life about wasting my youth on things that weren't useful to me in the long run. I had lost people in my younger years to various different circumstances and it always sat in the forefront of my mind that I was given more time than them and to waste it was to be ungrateful of that gift
To be honest I put a lot of pressure on myself as a result and there were a lot of things I simply didn't end up enjoying at all because I couldn't get out of my own head
But in the end I never regretted them, even when you take two steps forward and one step back you're still further along than you were before, just hopefully a bit wiser about the second step (you may see hints of another rule overlapping 😉)
It also means that I'm very picky about the people who I choose to let into my life. Relationships whether they be friendships or something more intimate is still something that in my view needs to be as weighed of a decision as all others if not more so. Everyone who wants a trial run will get one but it can be a bit of a gauntlet to get through to the finish line
I've seen a lot of different people come and go from my life. I have a deep reverence for the ones I have kept, but very little occupation over the ones that were swept downstream. A little Darwinian maybe..
And there's the origins of #22......
Overall this particular rule came from the lesson of not just making decisions but the need for discernment with my judgement if an action not/taken. Not just the circumstances of Is it worth learning? Will this person add value to my life? But also and more importantly Is it worth the sacrifice? The commitment of my time? Is this a useful thing to help perpetuate the existence of within the wider scope of the worldview?
There's always both sides of the coin to consider
Not always to be taken at its surface value
