Alec knew this was a bad idea, he could feel it in his bones the moment the idea crossed his mind.  But for some reason his feet had carried him to Jace’s room and he was standing in the doorway knocking and hoping to the angel that Jace wasn’t here.  And then the door swung open and Alec’s heart dropped.

my opinion on;

character in general: JACE!  what an asshole! but when i first read the books, I was like “this dude is so cool he’s totally my aesthetic” && then Clace happened && I was like “wow these two need to get away from each other” && you can see why I DON’T rp Jace  ( though, I would really like to try tbh ) , but him by himself is a very interesting character, super complex, && i love complex, && there’s just.. so much WRONG with him && i love it;; he is the epitome of imperfection vs perfection && ruined perfection--he’s supposed to be this super great shadowhunter, the best there is, && his whole past is fucked up, && Alec  is almost in a similar boat but it had nothing to do with his upbringing, it was him as a person;; && the fact that the Clave is always striving for perfection in soldiers && politicians when there cannot be perfection is just a concept i really like seeing in general;; i have this thing about perfection vs imperfection how they play them: amaze! vivi is a great jace! witty, as always, super dorky sometimes though but I think that’s just because jace gets weak-kneed around Alec ;)the mun: I’ve talked to Vivi a bit! We used to talk more back then than now, but she’s fun && super energetic! 10/10 would talk to again!

overall opinion: YAS! this is one of the few Jace blogs I’ve found that is actually active, && they do a fantastic job of being generally good at Jace!
