Hi! Not to be a weirdo but I look at the tags on my art and I noticed you said you were starting on the anime for Umineko. I highly recommend against this action because it's really bad and doesn't even cover the whole story. The manga is good but I think it also doesn't give you the full experience imo, as music is a huge part of Umineko. If you have the time I really recommend starting with the VN first!
I have heard this about the anime multiple times, I really only started with it because it’s the lowest effort option.
I do want to try out the VN at some point, but I’ve heard it’s really long, and if music is such a big part of it, I dunno if I will be able to fully enjoy it since I turn off music for games and play my own most of the time
