I see a lot of fanart of Harry admiring how cool Kim is and not nearly as much of Kim admiring how amazing Harry is!! Throughout the game he gets increasingly more impressed with him, trust is a mechanic that has actual consequences for gameplay, and I rarely see fanart of Harry getting his flowers for being insanely amazing at his job and as a person (if you play him that way)
So much of the TLT fandom is awesome and cool and sexy and hot but if I have to look at fanart of Gideon or Harrow and have to ask myself whose white baby that is one more time I might start throwing rocks
Whoever rigged, animated and drew Lucanis was so crazy in love with him. I love when it is obvious how much a character means to those who create them
charmac is the Fucking friendship ever

This is ghoulcy to me
I just finished my re-read of Nona the Ninth. After I was done boohoo crying at "life is too short and love is too long" I had a thought-
In loving Nona, everyone who loved her loved the Earth. None of them have ever been there, none of them know it as home, none of them have a connection to it other than in their humanity.
Despite that, they all loved the Earth so tenderly and fiercely.
Through all of Nona's slow starts, all her childhood whimsy and wonder, all of her endless fascination and delight with life. Despite the fact that her naivety could be treated with disdain or anger, as many people would likely do in the face of the light after a lifetime of darkness, everyone who interacted with her loved her.
Maybe they saw a glimpse of home in Nona. of course they couldn't help but love her.
The biggest problem with disco elysium, something I canāt let go of no matter how much I love the game, is that you can only play it for the first time once. I think thatās incredibly fucked up
