Its not specified if Hood is his name, or a nickname, but it would be pretty common for a peasant to not have a surname. And if he introduces himself as 'Robin of Locksley', I would assume that he doesn't have an official one. :)

On a Once point of view... idk man, the only EF characters having a surname on the show are Killian and Will anyway. And knowing the bastard, of course he would chose a name with a particle for himself, what with being the prince of thieves.
